Refund Eligibility:

Refunds shall be entertained solely under extenuating circumstances, notably:

Medical emergencies: A refund may be initiated in instances of medical emergencies impeding a student's attendance. Substantiating documentation, such as a medical certificate, may be requisite.

Non-attendance: Refunds may be considered if the student has abstained from attending any sessions of the course within 5 days from issuance of the course.

Under no other condition(s), the refund shall be initiated once payment has been made by the student who has purchased the course.

Refund Procedure:

To request a refund, students must submit a written request to the administrative team at 4PL Academy, explicitly articulating the basis for the refund and furnishing any requisite documentation.

The administrative team shall review all refund requests within a span of 10 business days from receipt.

In the event of an approved refund request, reimbursement shall be processed utilizing the original mode of payment.

Refunds shall be disbursed for the sum remitted for the course, deducting any administrative fees or levies incurred by 4PL Academy.

Exceptions:

No refunds shall be extended to students who have participated in one or more sessions of the course, irrespective of mitigating circumstances.

Refunds shall not be conferred for reasons beyond those enumerated under refund eligibility, except under extraordinary circumstances as determined by 4PL Academy.
